About the “How Trashy Are You?” Challenge
Compete to Conserve™ invites you to explore your inner artist and create art from recycled objects around the home or office.
“Art” is defined as the “the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles, of what is beautiful, appealing, or of more than ordinary significance.” “Trash”, on the other hand, is defined as “anything worthless, useless, or discarded.” Finally, “recycling” is “to treat or process (used or waste materials) so as to make suitable for reuse.”
Compete to Conserve challenges you to combine art and trash in the spirit of recycling. Share with us a creative “re-use” of something you had considering throwing away, but saved to reuse for another day, or maybe even this contest. Look deep within your recycling bin, or the functional equivalent, and create something to share with everyone online.
